All products are custom-made based on client specifications, including material, size, and finish.
Orders are subject to availability and production timelines.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we determine that the request does not align with our production capabilities or company policies.

Orders and Payments

To ensure a smooth ordering process, we have outlined our policies regarding order placement and payments:

Placing an Order: Orders can be placed via our website, email, or by calling us directly. Customers must provide accurate specifications and confirm all details before order processing begins.
Pricing and Quotes: Prices are determined based on materials, labor, and customization requirements. We provide free quotes upon request. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs or other business factors.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of custom work, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or significantly different from the agreed-upon specifications.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where products are found to be defective or where an error was made on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately to discuss possible resolutions.

Warranty and Liability
